Family Visa

Family Visa

Live in Australia

The Family Visa Classes are intended to reunite eligible family members with Australian citizens. There is no automatic right for family members of Australians to migrate to Australia however the Australian government has a number of visas that are based on your relationship with an Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident or eligible NZ Citizen. Applicants must also meet Health, Character and other criteria. Additional information about that requirement can be found in our Visa Information page.

It is vital to obtain professional assistance if you believe someone meets one of the below subclasses. Each Family subclass has specific DIAC criteria that requires considerable documentary evidence and supporting information. Julie has many years Offshore DIAC experience assessing applications under the Family stream and is able to present your application in the very best possible way. As a qualified Social Worker, Julie understands the psychological and emotional stresses of the Family Reunion program and handles your application with sensitivity.
